Who we are

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name and email address and, if you add them, your company name, phone number and the project details you write. Please don’t include health, bank or other sensitive information.
• When you send the form, a bot check: Vercel BotID runs in your browser and sends technical signals about it, to confirm the form was sent by a person and not a script. It isn’t used to identify you or for advertising.
• When you browse: visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics: the page, the site that referred you, your approximate location (country, region and city), browser, operating system and device type. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are grouped using a code made from your request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and we only see totals.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider briefly records requests to the site (such as the IP address, time and page) for security and troubleshooting.

The client testimonials and team photos on this site are published with the permission of the people shown.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask for one, prepare a proposal.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that your message reached us.
• To keep the site and the form secure and free of spam.
• To understand, in total, which pages people visit.

You give us these details so we can respond, and by sending the form you agree to us using them for that. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the website, receives the form and runs the analytics and bot check.
• Lark Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) provides our email. Inquiries and our replies are kept in our Lark mailbox, on servers in the United States, Singapore or Japan.

They handle the information for us under their own terms. Your information is therefore stored outside India. We may also disclose it when the law requires us to, for example to a government agency with lawful authority.

How long we keep it

• Inquiries that don’t lead to a project: deleted 12 months after our last contact.
• If we work together: for the project, and afterwards as long as contracts, invoices and tax law require.
• Analytics: totals only; the per-visit code is discarded after 24 hours.

How we protect it

The site and email use encrypted connections, the accounts that hold your information need two-factor sign-in, and only our team can access them. If a breach ever affects your information, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct or update it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your agreement to us using it at any time. Email privacy@dotdesign.agency from the address you used, and we’ll reply within 30 days.

We respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising, and the site doesn’t store anything on your device, which is why there’s no cookie banner. We don’t track you across other websites, so a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting doesn’t change how the site works.

Children

The site and the contact form are meant for adults and businesses, not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For anything else, reach us through the contact page or at info@dotdesign.agency.
